Video presentation of the Renato Grandi Pediatric Center

The Renato Grandi Paediatric Centre in Guinea-Bissau is the most impactful project developed by the Fondazione Renato and Armando Grandi. Opened in 2020 on the basis of the existing outpatient clinic, the centre has undergone a significant expansion that allows it to offer medical care to between 20,000 and 30,000 children each year.

Today it is a true benchmark for paediatric healthcare in the country, not only for the quality of its facilities and services, but also for its commitment to the training of young local doctors, a mission that the Foundation actively supports to contribute to the strengthening of the health system in Guinea-Bissau.

This video shows the daily reality of the Centre, the work of its professionals and the impact that this project has on the lives of thousands of children and families, reflecting the Foundation’s commitment to access to quality medical care and the development of local health capacities.
